We have used Black Pest for almost 20 years and we are very happy. With such a longstanding relationship, there are absolutely a few times where something isn’t the way you want it, but if that happens (rarely) Black always responds immediately to address the issue and fix it. Highly recommend. Very professional, thorough, and effective.

I would not recommend this company. I called for a one time treatment due to an ant issue. I didn’t purchase the long term contract for an additional monthly fee. A week and half later, we still had ants. I called to see if they would come back and I was told that because I didn’t have the extended contract they wouldn’t do anything. This was over a month ago and I still have ant issues. I’ve had to buy insect killers from Lowes to deal with them. They’ve been all over the kitchen last 2 days.

The young lady that came to our home was very thorough I love the fact that she text me before she arrives so that I was able to open up the garage and have the inside of the garage sprayed. She did the cobwebs around the house. She was truly great. Thank you for hiring such a nice person.

We recently became Black Pest Control customers and couldn't be happier with their level of service. Heather was extremely helpful getting us all set up with our contract and first service, keeping our home pest free. I'm very happy to be a customer.

We have been using Black’s pest prevention for quarterly treatments for about 1 1/2 years now and we have been very happy with the service. A newer tech, Sam Marin, came this week and he was so thorough, friendly, and kind, taking care to make sure our pets were safe. We hope to see him again next time.

I called for a quote never signed anything or verbally agreed for them to come out. They appeared and my daughter let them in I was not home. She is 17 they said my name so she thought they were supposed to come. They did their service and I contacted Justin he advised if I gave a good review he would take care of the bill. He did not take care of the bill . I would not recommend even calling them cause they may just show up and bill you even with no SA.

UPDATE 12/26/23 The manager attempted contacting me after my review posted. He LVM. Wanted to discuss my concerns. What I would call a knee jerk reaction to a public dressing down. He was professional in his efforts. We will continue with them is all I want to mention. =====/ Been with Black for 20 years now. Have them for the termite protection, but their bait traps are broken and popping out of the ground. They come onsite and walk around with their dust brushes acting like they are doing something. When they leave, our back porch is still having cobwebs everywhere. They just don't have the level of service they used to, yet they raised their rates over the years. The only contact I get from them is the bill for their services $$ each month. I am looking for a replacement service now.

Friendly, and great experience with them overall. We have been a customer for the last 5 years and will still continue doing business with them in the future. We always ask them to come into our house to spray and get rid of the insects, and whatever it is they sprayed is Highly effective. Highly recommend.
